Nourishing ourselves is key to living a life with energy and sass.

Eating wholesome, delicious, nourishing food can be fulfilling and pleasurable.

I understand how difficult it can be.  I understand how your time is limited.

I know how hard it can be to figure out what to eat for meals, snacks, when exercising after exercise or what to give to the kids.

I am a simple cook.  In general, I believe in eating whole food with limited ingredients and combining them to create a taste explosion and teaching that to my kids.

I still like my chocolate and have my favorite indulgences.  🙂

I am currently working on translating my years of my personal nutrition education and research into written content and coaching services.
